I won a giveaway!!!
Have you read about the Crochet World Cup Campaign of “Häkelhelden”?
During this year's Football World Cup they wanted to fill a model football stadium with 10,000 of amigurumis, how amazing is that?
I’ve already donated an amigurumi for this campaign - a little chicken in German style.
addi hosted a giveaway for this event and as luck would have it, I WON! I got a seven-skein kit by Rebecca, and I was very excited also because I was being gifted a 2.5 mm hook by addi and some fiberfill - enough material to crochet 3 more amigurumis.
I am so happy to be part of this amazing charity project.
Thank you to addi and all the other supporters for putting together this amazing giveaway!
More information about this project can be found HERE.
Some free patterns (German) for amigurumis can be downloaded HERE. And Polaripop has some free patterns also in English.
And so, a new "Bella" was born !!!
I had so much fun crocheting this cute monkey girl and I'm pretty proud of how this amigurumi came out. The pattern by Polaripop is super easy.

And here for you some other amigurumis also waiting at home – a very cute smurf I designed with a lot of love and 2 little birds (free pattern).

Unfortunately it was not enough to reach the record result but check this fantastic photo:

At the end, 2,000 amigurumis were collected and will be donated to children in need.
Thank you to the guys from Häkelhelden for this great project and also to all crocheters involved here - meeCrochet
