A few weeks ago I was so happy to visit Paris and being a yarn-lover, of course, no trip to Paris would be complete without a visit to a local yarn store!

I decided to visit A Bout de Fil (14 Rue Michel Chasles), a charming-lovely yarn and sewing shop located just a walk from Notre Dame Cathedral. I looked first at their internet site and said „YES! That’s where I want to go.“

It’s a cute little shop full of yarn from almost all over the world.

I loved browsing through this adorable Parisian boutique and seeing the different yarns and colors in person.

Look what I got from there – made in France yarn, Luciole by Plassard and a crochet hook by RicoDesign.

Back home, I decided to crochet a ribbed cowl for the upcoming winter days.

HERE you find the free pattern of this gorgeous „french“ creation,

If you find yourself in Paris, be sure to visit A Bout de Fil – meeCrochet.
